Terms and Conditions

By using our service you agree to our terms and conditions of business

1.0 Initial visit
For your first clean there is no longer one off charge to cover the cost and additional time taken on the initial clean, we've replaced this with a minimum clean policy, 8 Weekly - 5 Cleans, 16 Weekly 3 Cleans.
one off price is at x3 of the regular price.

1.1 What can I expect
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows and plastics, if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive,  staining/discolouration on windows, plastics or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, frames, sills, fascia's and soffits, pure water will not be effective at removing these, we will try our best within the allocated time however the above maybe require additional cost to resolve the issues.

1.2 How often will we visit
We offer the choice of every 8 or 16 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to rain and other factors of a few days either side of the time due, due to the unpredictable nature of the job we can't adhere to fixed times i.e. visit at 12:30 for access, we can only provide the day of the visit anytime between 9am-5pm.

1.3 Bad Weather
It's scientifically proven that rain water doesn't make you windows dirty in fact it's similar to the pure water we use, to guarantee this we offer a Rain Guarantee that your windows will be clean on the day we visit, being turned away due to the rain we reserve the right to charge the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us.
Other weather elements that may affect us are strong winds, lighting and even rather days can slow us down, we appreciate your patience with unpredictable weather.

1.4 Turning us away
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the reliability of the customer, We will make time and space in our schedule for you. On the day of the clean if it is too late for us to replace your clean with another customer. We reserve the right of turning our team away at the door or cancelling on the day, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us. We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.

1.5 Skipping a clean
Certain circumstances my require you to reschedule or skip a windows clean for various reason i.e. holiday, house renovations and sometimes financial reasons, we accept this if notice is given the day before the planned visit, however your next visit will include the delayed cost as the next clean will take longer with more expense for example if you skip a 8 weekly clean your next clean will be at the 16 weekly price and a 16 weekly skip will be at x1.3 of the 16 weekly price.

1.6 Ending our services
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time, this can be done by emailing us at info@topwcs.com, However we do not offer one off window cleans, by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans after the first clean. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.

1.7 Complaints procedure
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work we offer a 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee, contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return as soon as possible to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.

1.8 Confidentiality
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.

1.9 Payments
Customers joining our 8 or 16 weekly rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless which will be sent to you once we received and confirmed your sign up. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean.
This is a manual direct debit that's processed after each visit rather than at a fixed date, you will receive email confirmation once the clean has been carried out and when payment is due to come out, this is usually 5-7 days after the visit.
Our customers have the right to the consumer act of a 14 day cooldown period however this will not be possible if the customer uses our services within the 14 days.
